Welcome to LTU's student unions' reporting system
In order to better keep track of issues and help you find quicker solutions to your problems, we use a support system where your issue is saved as a "ticket". Each issue is given a unique number that you can use to see how your issue is being handled and you can get response online. We keep a complete history and archive your cases so you can access them when you need to.
All that is required is that you enter a correct email address.
Open a New Ticket
Create a new educational case. To see the status of an existing case, select "case status"

Log in with case number and email to see the status of your case with all messages and answers
